Toilets didn’t want to flush, same food menu at all restaurant every night, had to wait daily for fresh towel 30 min to an hour, poor entertainment, staff were not very friendly, no one ever came around and asked if you wanted a drink always had to go to the bar and then you would have to wait. Tiny plastic throwaway cups for drinks on the beach about 4oz. Requested 1st floor room with joining room they gave us 2nd floor joining rooms at first said they didn’t have any. Overall experience for a first time to Jamaica it really sucked.
